PLEASE PRAY FOR: Richard, Walter, Ed, Marcia, Mavis, Karl, Frank, Anna, Hedwig, Werner, Alice, Mark, Marjorie, Bob, Barbara, Pat, Henry, Martha, Richard, Gertie,and Terry.
Needed: Juice boxes, granola bars, Cherrios, and facecloths for the Jubilee Park ministry. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Please bring any of these items and place in the box outside the church office.
BC SYNOD will host the 2009 National Convention. They are looking for volunteers for numerous committees. Further info is on the church bulletin board.
LUMS Food Drive – The food bank has been removed from the downtown east side so their cupboard is bare. You can help with non perishable food donations to support those in need. Other comfort items such as warm socks and toiletries are also very welcome, as are monetary donations.
Please be aware that as of 30 April 2008 LUMS has left 320 E. Hastings St. & are in the throws of transition. We are occupying a small storage space at Christ Church Cathedral 690 Burrard Street temporarily. There may be gaps in communication as our new temp local isn’t wired, so please be patient. We will have limited access to email and phone but visit our website for updated info: www.lums.ca
